30 December 2009 Hickman and Fowler go bald for charity

Andrew Hickman, a member of Brightwells' bloodstock team, and Tattersalls auctioneer Harry Fowler, who has recently become engaged to Lorna Bradburne, will be among the victims taking part in a sponsored shave in aid of cancer charities on January 2nd in Newmarket.
Andrew is having his head shaved, so will doubtless be asked on several occasions at Higham the following day to remove his hat in order to reveal the evidence.
It is Harry's legs which are due for the razor treatment, but whether he will be brave enough to emulate Yorkshire trainer Micky Hammond, who has been raising money for charity by attending race meetings throughout the winter in a pair of shorts, remains to be seen.
