29 May 2010 Grafton postpone to June 5th

The Grafton at Whitfield, scheduled to take place on Sunday May 16th, has been postponed until June.
The course was due to be watered last week, but the watering system broke down, rendering the ground too firm to race on.
Officials have announced that the meeting has been rescheduled for Saturday June 5th. New entries will have to be made and these will close at 8pm on Sunday May 30th.
The meeting will also be run as an evening meeting with the first race time now 4.30pm. The revised race times are as follows:
4.30pm Hunt Members
5.05pm Intermediate
5.40pm Ladies Open
6.15pm Mens Open
6.50pm Restricted
7.25pm Open Maiden
8.00pm PPORA Club Members
