11 January 2011 Heythrop Entries Now Taken By Point-to-Point Racing Company Ltd.

Owners and Trainers are made aware that Entries for the Heythrop Point-to-Point, held at Dunthrop on 23rd January, are now being taken by the Point-to-Point Racing Company Ltd. and not the Entries Secretary listed in the Point-to-Point & Hunter Chase Race Planner.
Entries will still close on Monday, 17th January but at 12.30pm, not 12.00pm as advertised in the Planner. Please DO NOT forward entries to the outgoing Entries Secretary Mr Wills, who has advised us that the fax number listed as his in the Planner does not work.
Owners and Trainers are also advised that the second race, the Brightwells/PPA Horse Sponsorship Scheme four, five, six & seven-year-olds Maiden Conditions race, is part of a new series of races and is restricted to horses that are currently sponsored under the PPA's Horse Sponsorship Scheme.

Please note that it is strongly advisable that anyone making Entries by post also calls before Entries closing to make sure that they have been received; if they arrive after Entries closing the Entries cannot be made. Please enclose payment information - cheques should be made payable to The Point-to-Point Racing Company Ltd., NOT the Heythrop Hunt.
