16 January 2008 Heythrop - Dunthrop
Chicuelo, winner of last year's Ladies Open, is one of thirteen entries in the first of the two feature races at Sunday's Heythrop meeting at Dunthrop.
The course specialist is trained and ridden by Maxine Filby from Charlton and, in the same race, Chris Loggin runs Pardini with Tash McKim in the plate although he also holds an entry in the Confined.
The prolific Irilut, trained by Robert Waley-Cohen at Edgehill, is one ten entries in the Mens Open. Great Missenden handler Karen Lawther has also entered veteran Tanager in this race, while stablemate Mariska's Token holds an entry in the Open Maiden.
Paserella, second in the 2007 Members race is aiming to go one better in this year's renewal. In the same race Icomb trainer Sue Nock has entered Denada, Fran Marriott sends Ski the short trip from her Chipping Norton yard, and Hook Norton trainer Andy Martin has It's Missy Imp.
Martin also has Digger Time in the Open Maiden and Taxi Fare entered in the Confined.
Also in the Confined is Onyourheadbeit, for the Holdenby stable of Gerald Bailey; Helmdon handler Jenny Pidgeon has Simply The One, and The Hookie Bookie, represents another Northants yard, that of Jimmy Tarry from Preston Capes. Tarry also has stablemate Eydon Run entered in the Open Maiden.
Idlicote handler Julie Marles has two entries in the Confined with Reel Dancer, a winner at Dunthrop at last month's meeting, and Sweet Minuet. She also has an entry with Supreme Spoof in the Open Maiden.
Emmington handler Sue Harbour has Tit Willow and Toy Boy in the Open Maiden.
John Manners has Rustic John in the Novice Riders race while Aitchjayem, Superfling and Sparkes are entered in the Open Maiden.
The first of seven races at Dunthrop, near Chipping Norton, is 11.30am.
