OCA DE THAIX: significant winner for Charlotte Evans

Charlotte Evans, 18, has yet to ride a Point-to-Point winner, but she opened her account in style when taking the pointtopoint.co.uk Hunters' Chase at Ludlow on Oca de Thaix.
Charlotte's family have always been involved with horses, although not necessarily with racing, and although she had a couple of goes at Pony Racing, it was the Pony Club with which she was mainly involved, taking part in showing, show-jumping and cross-country.
She had four rides on Oca de Thaix last year, but has since sold him to Keith Goldsworthy, for whom she has worked since June.
