15 October 2009 Point-to-Point Pre-Season Training Days

The British Racing School is running a training day for young riders intending to ride for the first time during the 2009/10 Point-to-Point season.
The minimum age for riders is 15 years and all riders will be required to bring their own horse for tuition under the guidance of Richard Perham (Jockey Coach) and Yogi Briesner (British Eventing Team Coach.
The Dates and Venue:
• 20 October 09 - The British Racing School
• 15 December 09 - The British Racing School
Outlined Programme:
• Briefing
• Lecture and PowerPoint presentation on Body Positions
• Ride in indoor school to assess setting off position
• Ride out on the round gallop to assess body positions
• Ride in Indoor school for schooling
• Video Review
All practical stages of the day will be videoed and will be reviewed at the end of the day.
