11 November 2009 West Midlands Area Preview Evening

The 2009/10 West Midlands Area Preview Evening, held in aid of the county Air Ambulance, is to be held on Saturday, November 21st 2009.
The venue is the Worcestershire YFC Conference Suite, Hawford, Worcester, WR3 7SG, and proceedings get underway at 7.30pm. The location is easily accessible from the A449, just five minutes from junction 6 of the M5. Ample parking is available.
Admission is £10 including a hog roast. Features include an auction, a bar, Pointing quiz, and a discussion about the upcoming season with a panel of experts, including: Claire Allen (pictured left), Dick Baimbridge, Dom Bradshaw, Mark Hill, David Mansell, Fergal O'Brien and Tim Vaughan. Master of Ceremonies for the evening is racecourse commentator and co-editor of Hunter Chasers & Point-to-Pointers Martin Harris.

7:30 - Welcome and Introduction of tonight's guests by MC Martin Harris
7:35 - Tim Vaughan's take on the racing scene
7:50 - Panel/audience discussion - Part 1
8:30 - Pete's Pointing Quiz with MacKenzie & Harris 2010 Annual as first prize
9:10 - Food/Bar break - don't forget your raffle tickets and 2010 WM Calendars!
9:40 - Auction conducted by Robert Parry of G Herbert Banks
10:00 - Video review of last season followed by panel/audience discussion - Part 2
10:50 - Michael Keel performs live / Dom Bradshaw performs live (two of the racing world's leading vocalists) followed by raffle draw
