The Yorkshire Championship Awards Dinner Dance takes place on Saturday 16th October in The Bramham Hall at Wetherby Racecourse.
Always a great night, the awards will be presented and there are usually some humorous acceptance speeches! The award winners are as follows;
Tennants Auctioneers Gentlemans' Championship - Mr Chris Dawson
White Rose Saddlery Ladies' Championship - Miss Jacqueline Coward
Cundalls Novice Gentlemans' Championship - Mr Max Johnson
Cundalls Novice Ladies' Championship - Miss Charlotte Cundall
JAG Burnell & Son (Electrical) Leading Owner - Mr Tom Bannister
Northern Bookmakers Protection Association Open Horse - Andre Chenier, Mr Chris Cundall
Northern Bookmakers Association Novice Horse - Sea Senor, Mr Brian Dunn
RA Bethall Memorial Trophy (Most Wins) - Gunner Jack, Mr Eric Brook
Howard Brown Memorial Trophy (Best Homebred Horse) - Skarmanche, Mrs Sarah Dent
Other awards presented on the night include the Alan Smith Award for the Jockey with the most wins and Ride of the Season.

There will be 16 meetings in Yorkshire during the 2010/11 season, starting with the Yorkshire Area Point-to-Point Club at Sheriff Hutton on Sunday 16th January and culminating with the South Durham Hunt at Mordon on Saturday 14th May.
The fixture list remains largely the same as last year but the West of Yore, which was due to hold their first Point-to-Point for some years last season at Whitcliffe Grange, Britain's newest course, are not holding a fixture this year but aiming to have a December meeting next season.
