Wadebridge, Cornwall

Dumb-bell-shaped very well drained course set on slope at edge of showground; first fence jumped once only from starting chute; first six fences all on uphill gradient; long downhill run between fences 7 and 8; last 2 and run-in are uphill with a section of sand. Fences portable and variable in height.

The ground at The Royal Cornwall Showground is very free draining and is usually raceable when other courses are waterlogged. That said, following the amazing autumn weather we are having the going is unseasonably good. (updated 13/11/24)
