Clarification for Novice Rider Qualification for the Harley Racing Novice Rider Championship
Any Novice Rider (riders who up to and including 16th November 2019 have not won more than five races under the Rules of any recognised Racing Authority (Point-to-Points included)), who is placed in the first three of any Novice Rider or Novice & Veteran Rider Conditions Race, will score points for the Harley Racing National Novice Riders Championships.
